AI Executive Reports

Monthly plain-language summary of how your business is performing

8 min read

Once per month, the business owner can generate an AI executive report summarizing the previous month: sales, bookings, loyalty, CRM campaigns, and key trends. The result appears in the dashboard and can be downloaded as a PDF to share with partners or managers.

What the report includes

Previous month data in plain language

The report analyzes your company activity (all branches or consolidated view) and produces a readable summary—not just raw number tables.

  • Revenue and POS vs. booking sales trends
  • Completed, cancelled, and no-show appointment rates
  • Loyalty program activity (redemptions, accrual)
  • Summary of CRM campaigns sent in the period
  • Observations and recommendations in natural language

Eligibility and limits

Who can generate and when

The AI executive report is available to the account owner with an active subscription (including trial). Only one report can be generated per calendar month, covering the full previous month.

  • Available to the owner role (carwash_owner)
  • Requires active subscription or valid trial
  • One report per month — covers the complete previous calendar month
  • If you already generated a month’s report, wait for the next period

The download button produces a PDF with the same content as the on-screen report. Use it in monthly meetings, for investors, or to archive your operation history.

  • Print-ready format or email attachment
  • Includes covered period and company name
  • Keep copies to compare month over month

How to generate your report

From the reports section

  1. Go to Reports in your business dashboard
  2. Find the AI Executive Report section
  3. Click Generate report (available once the previous month has closed)
  4. Wait a few seconds while AI processes your data
  5. Read the on-screen summary or download the PDF

AI executive reports are included on all Brilloo plans. For day-by-day detailed figures, also use the standard reports section and Excel export.

Best practices

  • Generate the report in the first days of the month to review the prior close
  • Combine with Excel exports from detailed reports when you need exact figures
  • Share findings with branch managers to align goals
  • Use AI observations as a starting point, not your only decision source
