Monthly plain-language summary of how your business is performing
8 min read
Once per month, the business owner can generate an AI executive report summarizing the previous month: sales, bookings, loyalty, CRM campaigns, and key trends. The result appears in the dashboard and can be downloaded as a PDF to share with partners or managers.
What the report includes
Previous month data in plain language
The report analyzes your company activity (all branches or consolidated view) and produces a readable summary—not just raw number tables.
Revenue and POS vs. booking sales trends
Completed, cancelled, and no-show appointment rates
Loyalty program activity (redemptions, accrual)
Summary of CRM campaigns sent in the period
Observations and recommendations in natural language
Eligibility and limits
Who can generate and when
The AI executive report is available to the account owner with an active subscription (including trial). Only one report can be generated per calendar month, covering the full previous month.
Available to the owner role (carwash_owner)
Requires active subscription or valid trial
One report per month — covers the complete previous calendar month
If you already generated a month’s report, wait for the next period

Combine with Excel exports from detailed reports when you need exact figures
Share findings with branch managers to align goals
Use AI observations as a starting point, not your only decision source
