Brilloo's CRM module lets you maintain a company contact list and send email or WhatsApp campaigns. Contacts can be synced from reservations, and the platform respects your plan's campaign limits.

Each company has its own contact list (customers). Contacts include name, email, phone, and optionally a linked profile. You can add contacts manually or ensure them from the reservation flow (ensure contact).

Create and send campaigns

You can create campaigns as drafts, schedule them, or send immediately. Each campaign has a channel (email or WhatsApp), subject (email), body, and optional image. Recipients are chosen from your contact list.

  1. Create a campaign and choose channel (email or WhatsApp)
  2. Write subject and body (and optionally upload image)
  3. Select recipients from your contact list
  4. Send now or schedule for later

Create eye-catching images for your campaigns directly in Brilloo. Generate custom visuals for email and WhatsApp without needing stock photos or external design tools. Generated images match your brand and message.

Campaign limits by plan

Monthly limits according to your subscription

Each plan defines a maximum number of email and WhatsApp campaigns per month (e.g. 1+1 on Standard, 3+3 on Premium, 5+5 on Platinum). The platform will not allow sending or scheduling beyond these limits.

  • Check limits on the pricing page or in your subscription dashboard
  • Use campaigns for promotions, reminders, or news
  • Respect your contacts' unsubscribe preferences

  • Keep your contact list up to date
  • Segment by customer type when possible
  • Avoid sending messages too frequently
  • Always include a way to unsubscribe
