Customer Reviews

Collect ratings, manage reputation, and showcase them on your public page

10 min read

Brilloo Reviews lets you collect real ratings after every visit. Customers receive an email invitation, rate with stars, leave an optional comment, and can upload up to 3 photos. You review everything in the dashboard and choose whether to display them on your public page.

  1. Go to Business Settings in your dashboard
  2. Enable customer reviews (reviews_enabled)
  3. Save changes — invitations will go out on future completed visits
  4. Optional: make sure the reviews section is visible on your public page

Visible reputation for new customers

If you enable the reviews section in the public page editor, approved ratings appear on your site (e.g. my-brand.brilloo.app). This helps convert visitors who have not tried your wash yet.

  • Higher-rated reviews stand out in the public section
  • Combine with gallery, services, and map for a complete page
  • Each branch can have its own page with local reviews

You will get an in-app notification when a customer leaves a new review, in addition to the invitation email the customer receives.

Best practices

  • Respond to negative reviews promptly and professionally
  • Share your public page link to build trust
  • Check the inbox weekly to catch quality issues early
  • Use feedback to train staff at specific branches
