Managing Payment Methods

Brilloo offers several convenient payment options to make your car wash experience seamless. Learn how to add, edit, and manage your payment methods.

Adding a Payment Method

Go to your account settings and select the 'Payment Methods' tab. Click 'Add Payment Method' and choose between credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available options. Follow the prompts to securely enter your payment information.

Setting a Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods, you can set one as your default for automatic payments. In the Payment Methods section, find the desired payment method and click 'Set as Default'.

Removing a Payment Method

To remove a payment method, go to the Payment Methods section, find the card or account you want to remove, and click the 'Remove' button. Confirm your action when prompted.

Understanding Your Billing Cycle

For business subscribers and customers with recurring services, understanding your billing cycle is important. This guide explains how Brilloo's billing system works.

Billing Dates and Periods

Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe to a plan or service. For monthly subscriptions, you'll be billed on the same date each month. For annual plans, billing occurs once per year on your subscription anniversary.

Prorated Billing

If you upgrade, downgrade, or make changes to your subscription mid-cycle, Brilloo uses prorated billing to ensure you only pay for what you use. The system calculates the remaining days in your billing period and adjusts charges accordingly.

Automatic Renewals

By default, subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can manage auto-renewal settings in your account under 'Subscription Settings'.

Viewing and Downloading Invoices

Brilloo provides detailed invoices for all transactions. Learn how to access, view, and download your billing history and receipts.

Accessing Your Billing History

Go to your account settings and select the 'Billing History' tab to see a complete list of all your transactions, including service purchases, subscription payments, and any refunds or credits.

Viewing Invoice Details

Click on any transaction in your billing history to view the detailed invoice. This includes itemized charges, payment method used, transaction date, and any applicable taxes or discounts.

Downloading Invoices

To download an invoice for your records, open the invoice details and click the 'Download PDF' button. You can also set up automatic email delivery of invoices in your notification preferences.
